BedRok.Pro is the tool we wished we'd had — and it turned out the reporting was the symptom, not the disease. So this isn't a dashboard bolted onto a legacy system. It's the platform the work actually happens in: requests, work orders, vendors, inspections, projects, and leases on the same records, with the reporting already done because it never had to be assembled. It imports the history from the system you're leaving, and it's multi-tenant from day one.
It's in production. The first client went live in August 2026 with roughly 280 locations migrated off a legacy system — real history, not a blank slate.
