Vendors sign in by magic link — they enter their email, get a link, and they're in. There's no password to reset, no app to install, and no charge to the vendor to receive or update work. That last part matters: when a platform bills vendors for access, the good ones quietly route around it and your work orders go back to living in email and voicemail.
